Fees & Method of Payments
Fees: $50 an hour ($200 a month)

At Alkunoozalarabiya, we are committed to providing you with high-quality and personalized language tutoring. We want to ensure that you have a smooth and hassle-free payment process so that you can focus on your language learning journey.
Our payment system is designed to be simple and convenient for you.
- We charge $50 per hour for weekly tutoring sessions, with payment made on a month-to-month basis. In most months, this results in four sessions at a total of $200. However, in certain months where the calendar provides five sessions instead of four, the total will be $250. This pricing structure ensures fairness, consistency, and clarity while allowing us to provide the highest quality tutoring services.
- Most of our students pay via Venmo, which is a secure and convenient payment platform. However, if you live outside of the United States, we recommend using PayPal to make your payment. Please note that there is an international transfer fee of $10, which brings your total payment to $60 per session.
If you have any inquiries or apprehensions regarding the payment process, please feel free to reach out to us. Additionally, we have included a link for credit card payments which incurs the extra fee.
Cancellation Policy
Dear students,
At Alkunoozalarabiya, we understand that sometimes unexpected situations may arise, and you may need to cancel your scheduled tutoring session. We strive to be flexible and accommodating, but we also have a cancellation policy that we ask you to kindly respect.
- If you need to cancel your scheduled session, we kindly ask that you notify your tutor at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to make necessary adjustments and offer the time slot to other students who may need it.
- Please note that any cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice is subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to work with you in such situations.
- Any cancellation of tutoring sessions in the middle of the month, for any reason, will not be permitted, and refunds will not be issued for these cancellations. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to providing flexibility. Instead of cancellations, we encourage clients to reschedule sessions. If a session needs to be rescheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate by offering alternative time slots, preferably on weekends or in the evening, subject to tutor availability.
- Rescheduling & Make-Up Lessons: If you need to reschedule a lesson for any reason, the make-up session must be completed within the same paid month and cannot be carried over to the following month under any circumstance. It is the student’s responsibility to contact the tutor and arrange the make-up session before the month ends; otherwise, the lesson will be forfeited without refund.
