With the guidance of your Arabic tutor, Insha'Allah, you will achieve the following objectives:

1. Attain proficiency in the Arabic alphabet and its pronunciation.
2. Develop the ability to initiate social interactions, seek basic information, and gain awareness of fundamental cultural norms related to social interactions in the Arab world.
3. Acquire the capability to converse about personal topics such as your background, education, and family with native speakers 

With your Arabic tutor's guidance, you will:

• Understand basic texts and audio/video on familiar subjects.
• Write simple paragraphs about yourself, family, and friends.
• Differentiate between Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and spoken Arabic, using basic expressions in at least one dialect.
• Build a vocabulary of approximately 300 words.

With your Arabic tutor's guidance, you will:

• Elevate your proficiency significantly.
• Enhance your reading abilities.
• Expand your vocabulary.
• Improve your grasp of sentence structure and the Arabic verb system.
• Offer extensive writing practice.
• Broaden your cultural awareness.
• Introduce you to over thirty authentic texts by authors from various Arab regions.

Iraq  or  اللَّهْجَةُ العراقيّة is a large country with several languages such as Arabic, Kurdish, Turkmen, etc. According to the Iraqi constitution, the official languages in Iraq are Arabic and Kurdish. With the assistance of your Arabic tutor, inshaa'allah (God willing) in this level, you will:

• learn the Baghdadi dialect;   
• Be able to talk about yourself, your education, and your family with your tutor who is a native speaker of Iraqi Arabic accustomed to interacting with learners.

Egyptian Arabic or اللَّهْجَةُ المَصريّة is the spoken vernacular Arabic dialect of the Afro-Asiatic language family. With the assistance of your Arabic tutor, inshaa'allah (God willing) in this level, you will:

• learn the Egyptian dialect;   
• Be able to talk about yourself, your education, and your family with your tutor of Arabic accustomed to interacting with learners.

Levantine Arabic or اللَّهْجَةُ الشَّامِيَّة‎ is a dialect of the vernacular Arabic indigenous to the Levant, spoken by the Arabs that are in present-day Syria. With the assistance of your Arabic tutor, inshaa'allah (God willing) in this level, you will:

• learn the Syrian dialect;   
• Be able to talk about yourself, your education, and your family with your tutor of Arabic - accustomed to interacting with learners.
